Some customers may be receiving a message when logging to their email referencing the security certificate on sever: WPL3CAS01.wpl3.local

Please click 'Yes' to continue through to your outlook. This will allow you to dain access to your email inside your hosted desktop.

A large and increasing percentage of clients now fully up and running, and we are working hard on getting the remaining clients operational.

For some clients, e.g. Citrix clients, the procedure is more time consuming but we are working on this as quickly and as carefully as possible.

For those clients where we anticipate particular problems we have been contacting you separately.

A list of the most frequent questions we have received from customers was circulated by email last night, and we will continue to provide updates directly via our SMS alert service.

Further to the email sent to all affected customers last night, our infrastructure team are working hard restore all affected services as quickly as possible.

All customers are still able to access their email via our OWA link here: https://exchange.wpl3.com/owa, using their normal WorkPlaceLive username and password.

Our infrastructure team are continuing to work on the issue, with an aim to restore all services as soon as possible.

In the meantime, customers can access their email via our OWA link here: https://exchange.wpl3.com/owa, using your normal WorkPlaceLive username and password.

Due to an incident this morning, some customers are currently unable to access their WorkPlaceLive services.

Our technical team is working full-time on the issue, and we have external consultants reviewing the incident.
