Who we are

Horizon Computer Solutions Ltd (HCS), our parent company, was founded in 1996 by two brothers Paul and David Sturges. We have been providing high quality IT support and consultancy to a growing number of satisfied customers ever since. We are a tightly-knit team of experienced professionals with expertise across the full range of IT applications for business.

We’re a people business just as much as an IT business. Naturally, we’re enthusiastic about our service and the benefits we can bring you at the technical level – but we’re just as committed to making sure your system delivers real productivity benefits in the business environment. We are also passionate about customer service and strive to deliver outstanding levels of service to our customers.

Our People

We at HCS fully understand that to build long and lasting relationship and continue to provide better value for our customers, it is vital that we keep our employees loyal and committed.

We believe training, education and personal & professional development of our employees is the cornerstone to achieving this and it's something we at HCS are very passionate about. The majority of our engineers are Microsoft Certified Professionals in a large variety of fields and have between them over 150 years of experience in information technology and communications.

How workplacelive came about

We spent 2 years researching and developing workplacelive to enable companies and charities to change the way they purchase and use their IT. With the increasing speed of broadband connections a remote link to a central server becomes a viable alternative to in house servers. It also removes the need for internal infrastructure and support.

Our customers are now benefiting from the new way of working and through their experience we have seen how workplacelive can help companies meet the challenges of the ever changing business environment.
