Day before golive date, internet email records are modified so any new emails are received through the Workplacelive service.

Data Migration
Day before golive date or on golive date, copy of existing data and mailboxes taken and, as soon as data available at HCS, it is uploaded onto workplacelive.

Completion
On Go Live date, users start using Workplacelive!
