	Detail Gathering We gather further information about your setup over the phone or on a visit.
	Proposal You get a thorough proposal on how the implementation will work and detailed costs.
	Go Ahead Order is placed then the implementation process can begin.
Phase 2	Specification & Implementation
	Service Specification Go live date and service specification agreed (Usernames, directory structure/security levels, email addresses & aliases and mailbox & data sizes).
	Your Server Setup Workplacelive server prepared to this specification within 3 days of completion of service specification (unless otherwise agreed).
	Email Migration Day before golive date, internet email records are modified so any new emails are received through the Workplacelive service.
	Data Migration Day before golive date or on golive date, copy of existing data and mailboxes taken and, as soon as data available at HCS, it is uploaded onto workplacelive.
	Completion On Go Live date, users start using Workplacelive!
