Microsoft Outlook web access is a great tool to use to get access to your emails through your Exchange Server - you get all the emails usually in your Outlook inbox, but can access them through a web browser.
 There are however some big problems with this method. One issue is that you don’t have any archive folders, which can make it difficult to access information you may need. But the major con is that you need to install - and maintain - an expensive Exchange Server to connect to.
