The whole move went extremely smoothly, and the account management was brilliant. Everything was explained to us in great detail, and all the changes needed were addressed in a timely manner. The team was extremely responsive, and their communication was 10/10.
I can only sing the praises of the helpdesk staff, who when we have problems or need changes made, are extremely responsive and helpful. Our calls are never closed until all issues are resolved, which is done in a fast and efficient manner.
Workplacelive is extremely easy to use, and makes our working life completely flexible; we can all work from home, or any other PC needed. It really is a smarter way of working, and we’ve found it completely reliable.
The biggest advantage for us has been the flexible working which Workplacelive allows, and the reliability, reduced technical issues and increase in working speed are all a bonus!
